Fancy Fruit and Yogurt Bark
Feeling fancy? This delicious treat looks pretty, tastes great, and is good for you!
What You Need
Vanilla yogurt
Variety of fruit: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, pineapple, etc.
Baking pan
Directions
Wash and prep all fruit.
Pour yogurt in the bottom of the pan. Yogurt shouldn’t be more than half an inch (12 mm) thick.
Sprinkle fruit throughout the yogurt and press in lightly so it isn’t resting on top.
Freeze for 4 hours.
Remove and use a rolling pin or knife to break into pieces.
