No-Bake Peanut Butter Cups

This healthier version of a peanut butter cup only takes a few ingredients, and still tastes delicious!

What You Need

  • ¾ cup (180 ml) coconut oil
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup
  • ½ cup (120 ml) peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sea salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cacao powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup until fully combined.
  2. Line a muffin tin paper cups and pour a small amount of the chocolate mixture in the bottom of each cup.
  3. Spoon a bit of peanut butter in each cup, and cover with another spoonful of the chocolate mix.
  4. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top, and freeze for a few hours. Make sure to keep your cups cold until you serve them because they can melt pretty easily!
