Nutty Cereal Bites

These simple snack bites are super yummy and packed with protein. Make them for breakfast or an afternoon snack!

What You Need

  • ½ cup (120 ml) honey
  • ½ cup (120 ml) peanut butter or nut butter
  • ½ teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
  • 4 cups (945 ml) Cheerios
  • Wax paper or parchment paper


  1. Put honey and nut butter in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Mix well, and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add vanilla and stir, and then add cereal and mix carefully until the cereal is coated with nut butter.
  4. Scoop mixture onto wax or parchment paper and let cool for a few hours.
  5. Take a bite and enjoy!
