Snacky Sushi Rolls

Eating your fruits and veggies isn’t always fun. But eating food that’s good for you is important. God gave us our bodies and He wants us to take care of them. He says that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). That means we need to treat our bodies well. So, eating candy for dinner may sound fun, but in the end, you’ll get sick and you won’t be honoring God with your body.

The next time you’re hungry and need a healthy snack, try making banana sushi. This isn’t regular sushi. There’s no fish, and it’s all kid-friendly food. Plus, this yummy snack is easy to make, too!

A butter knife*
*Ask a grown-up to help you
